Thank you very much for a good stay, we would return anytime. This hotel is homey and overall clean, has excellent staff and magnificent location near the old harbour. The room is air-conditioned and neat with nice balcony. Glad to have central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere at Irene. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town, port, and markets. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a limited breakfast selection and some outdated facilities, the overall experience was incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a clean, quiet hotel with attentive staff, Irene is a great choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, quiet, about 15 minutes walking to the ancient town of Chania and the ancient port. Small hotel, clean, with small tv, air conditioner, we had a balcony. The small fridge contained some bottles of soda, not free but we were hot and tired when we arrived and we were so happy to have them in the room. Breakfast as a small buffet was served included into the room price.
Small and outdated room and shower room, simple furniture, small lift, but very good value for money.

The hotel is upscale and clean, the staff are incredibly nice, location is peaceful next by fortress. The economy double room is modest and has a fridge, climate control and television. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom is clean.

The check-in process was smooth and we were able to check in early. Our room on the 5th floor was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. The hotel staff, particularly Maria and Kristos at reception, were professional and easy to talk to. Their friendliness made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, and the price was reasonable considering the competition. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to return for our last 3 nights in Chania.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Nice, clean and centrally located hotel. Perfect to visit Chania without staying inside the Venetian Walls --- too crowded and noisy!
Roadworks in progress, some problem to reach the site but should finish soon - ask the reception for directions!

A decent hotel to stay for a night if you're arriving late at the airport. It's a 20 minute walk from the airport.
Airplanes constantly flying over till one in the morning, but for one night it's ok.

Because of a problem with triple room we were upgraded and had a silent room with tv.
